Withdrawal from the contract
Each sales agreement concluded on the website is a distance sale, which means that the buyer has the inalienable right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. The right in question is only valid within 14 days from the date of receipt of the parcel. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the buyer is obliged to send the received products at his own expense to the address indicated by the seller.
The returned products should be undamaged, with no signs of use or damage.
Complaints
In the event of discovering legal defects, technical defects or other defects of the received products not in conformity with the agreement, the buyer has the right to make a complaint. The complaint should be reported to the buyer immediately after the defect is discovered. In the event of a complaint, the seller has 14 days to consider it and respond.
